Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our resort team. As a key member of the People Team, you will work closely with the resort People Partner to enhance the experience of our 1200+ strong resort team.
Your primary responsibility will be to support leaders in executing, advising, and coaching on all people-related processes. This includes ensuring that all policies and processes are followed accurately, leading to effective and timely resolution of employee relations instances.
You will also be responsible for reviewing and auditing cases to identify areas for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will use your analytical skills to review and interpret key People data to identify trends and make valuable contributions to developing strategies to support and retain our team.
As an HR Advisor, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with legislative changes and communicate updates to the wider resort to ensure compliance and consistency across all departments.
You will work closely with the resort team to ensure that all audits, records, and paperwork are stored correctly and confidentially.
About YouWe are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is either experienced in ER (preferably within a customer-facing business) or is newly qualified and looking for their first full-time role.
You should have a confidential and professional approach to your work, while role-modeling our Butlin's Values. You will be supporting a resort with over 1200 team members, so the ability to confidently communicate at all levels is essential.
You will be expected to work on your own initiative and have confidence in your own decision-making and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be versatile, adaptable, and always on the lookout for ways to improve.
