About the Role

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a People Operations Partner to join our dynamic team. This position is focused on supporting all human resource activities within our resort environment.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with leaders across various departments to create a comprehensive people strategy that addresses both immediate and long-term human resource needs.

You will work in conjunction with specialists from the broader Human Resources Team to ensure that all initiatives are executed effectively. This includes collaborating with teams in Recruitment, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, and Payroll & Rewards to anticipate key requirements and provide necessary support.

Your responsibilities will also include managing resort-specific casework, which may vary in complexity and subject matter. You will support and mentor leaders throughout these processes, acting as a trusted advisor to the team.

As a role model within the organization, you will lead various human resource initiatives that embody our core values and business goals, fostering a positive culture focused on continuous improvement and enhancing guest experiences. As the subject matter expert, you will also play a key role in training and upskilling the team on essential HR topics.

By engaging in true business partnership, we believe we can enhance team engagement and, consequently, overall business performance.

Given the nature of this position, you will need to be present at the resort for the majority of your working hours to ensure accessibility to the team.

About You

You should possess experience in navigating complex organizational structures and have a solid understanding of employment law and the practical application of HR policies.

While a CIPD qualification is beneficial, we prioritize practical experience and a proactive mindset.
