We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to become a vital part of our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing the comprehensive recruitment process for our vibrant organization. You will manage multiple vacancies across various sectors, including hospitality, dining, and entertainment.

As the primary recruitment contact, you will collaborate with the local HR team and broader organizational units to strategize recruitment initiatives based on current and anticipated staffing needs.
This will require close cooperation with Hiring Managers across different departments to ensure effective recruitment strategies are in place, utilizing tools that reflect our core values.
You will serve as a brand ambassador, showcasing our unique experience to candidates from their first interaction with us through to their welcoming introduction to the team.
Your role will also include enhancing candidate attraction through diverse marketing initiatives and community engagement with educational institutions.

We are looking for an enthusiastic recruitment professional with a proven track record in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Previous experience in a similar Talent Acquisition role is beneficial but not mandatory.
This position could be an excellent opportunity for a current Recruitment Advisor seeking to transition into a leadership role.
Experience within an internal recruitment team is essential, along with the ability to work closely with a variety of stakeholders across different sectors.
You should be adept at conducting recruitment assessments and providing guidance to Hiring Managers to ensure informed hiring decisions.
A solid understanding of employment legislation related to recruitment, including knowledge of right to work documentation, discrimination, and equal opportunities, is required.
Additionally, you should be capable of interpreting and delivering consistent guidance on recruitment policies to ensure fairness and clarity.
