About the Role

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Human Resources Partner to become part of our dynamic team. This position is based at our resort.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in facilitating all human resource activities within the resort, collaborating closely with leaders across various departments to formulate a comprehensive people strategy that addresses both immediate and long-term HR needs.

Your collaboration with specialists from the broader HR team will be essential to ensure that all initiatives and actions are executed efficiently.

This will include partnerships with Recruitment, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, and Payroll & Benefits to anticipate key requirements and effectively support the team.

You will also oversee a variety of casework specific to the resort, which will encompass diverse topics and complexities, providing guidance and coaching to leaders while serving as a trusted advisor.

As a role model for our team, you will spearhead various HR initiatives that embody our core values and business goals, fostering a vibrant culture focused on continuous improvement and enhancing guest experiences.

As an expert in your field, you will also be responsible for upskilling and training the team on essential HR topics.

Through effective business partnering, we believe we can enhance team engagement, which in turn drives exceptional business performance for our outstanding team.

Given the nature of this role, your presence at the resort will be necessary for the majority of your working week to ensure accessibility to the team.

About You

This position presents a fantastic opportunity for an existing HR Advisor seeking their next career step or for a seasoned HR Partner looking for a new challenge.

You should possess experience in navigating a complex organizational structure with various functions and have a solid understanding of employment law and the practical application of HR policies.

Coaching and developing our team is a priority, so experience in collaborating with team members at all levels through sometimes challenging situations is crucial.

Your approachable and engaging demeanor will be essential as you operate within a dynamic business environment where adaptability is key.

With Butlin's recently becoming independently owned, this is a unique opportunity to design and implement a new HR strategy that aligns with our exciting future plans.

Therefore, you should be confident in developing innovative approaches and have experience guiding teams through change initiatives. While a CIPD qualification is beneficial, we value practical experience and a positive mindset more.
