About the Role

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a People Operations Partner to join our dynamic team.
This position is primarily based at our resort.

In this role, you will take charge of all personnel activities at the resort, collaborating closely with leaders across various departments to formulate a comprehensive people strategy that addresses both immediate and long-term needs.

You will engage with specialists from the broader People Team to ensure that all initiatives are executed efficiently. This collaboration will involve working alongside Recruitment, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, and Payroll & Reward to anticipate key requirements and provide effective support.

Additionally, you will oversee a variety of casework specific to the resort, which may vary in complexity and subject matter, guiding and mentoring leaders through these challenges while serving as a trusted advisor to the team.

As a role model within the organization, you will spearhead a range of people initiatives that embody our core values and business goals, fostering a vibrant culture focused on continuous improvement and enhancing guest experiences. As the subject matter expert, you will also play a crucial role in upskilling and training the team on essential HR topics.

Through effective business partnering, we believe we can enhance team engagement and, consequently, overall business performance.

Given the nature of this position, it is essential to be present at the resort for the majority of your working hours to ensure accessibility to the team.

About You

This role presents an excellent opportunity for an established People Advisor seeking career advancement or an experienced People Partner eager for a new challenge.

Candidates should possess experience in navigating complex organizations with diverse functions and have a solid understanding of employment law and HR policy application.

Coaching and developing our workforce is a priority, so experience in collaborating with teams at all levels through challenging situations is vital.

An approachable and engaging demeanor is essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

With our recent transition to independent ownership, this is a unique opportunity to create and implement a new people strategy that aligns with our ambitious future plans. Therefore, confidence in developing innovative working methods and experience in guiding teams through change is crucial.

While a CIPD qualification is beneficial, we value practical experience and a proactive mindset more highly.
