Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters to ensure a positive and productive work environment
  • Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to drive business results
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee complaints and grievances
  • Stay up-to-date with changing employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in employee relations, HR, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
