Job Title: Learning and Development Manager

Distinct is seeking an innovative Learning and Development Manager to lead and enhance comprehensive learning programs, supporting people and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement a Strategic Learning and Development Plan: Create a comprehensive plan to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Managers to Identify Training Needs: Work closely with department heads to identify areas where employees require training and development, ensuring that programs are tailored to meet their needs.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement with the Latest Technology in L&D: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Learning and Development, and implement innovative solutions to enhance the learning experience.
  • Promote Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion in All L&D Activities: Ensure that all learning programs and activities promote a culture of equality, diversity, and inclusion, and that all employees feel valued and respected.
  • Support Onboarding Programs and Track Training Effectiveness: Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure that new employees are equipped to succeed, and track the effectiveness of all training programs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the L&D Budget and Maintain Accurate Training Records: Oversee the budget for Learning and Development, and maintain accurate records of all training programs and employee development.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in leadership development and L&D initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and integrating technology for effective training.
