Job Summary:

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Level 5 CIPD or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Proven experience in learning and development, with a strong track record of delivering strategic learning initiatives.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, managers, and employees at all levels.
