Empowering Learning - Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Empowering Learning. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our students with Special Educational Needs and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.

About the Role:

  • Support students with SEMH and special educational needs in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment
  • Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents to ensure a positive and supportive community
  • Assist in the delivery of educational programs and activities, promoting student engagement and progress
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies for student support and well-being
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with SEMH and special educational needs (desirable but not essential)
