About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Distinct Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and excellence through strategic learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement a Strategic Learning Plan

Design and execute a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and supports the development of our employees.

Collaborate with Managers to Identify Training Needs

Work closely with our managers to identify training needs and develop effective programs that address these needs and support the growth of our employees.

Deliver Engaging Learning Interventions

Design and deliver engaging learning interventions, including e-learning, workshops, and other training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support the company's business objectives.

Evaluate the Impact of Learning Initiatives

Evaluate the impact of our learning initiatives through feedback and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that our programs are effective and meeting their intended goals.

Drive Continuous Improvement

Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and trends in learning and development and drive continuous improvement in our learning programs and initiatives.

Manage the Learning and Development Budget

Manage the learning and development budget and maintain accurate training records to ensure that our programs are aligned with our business objectives and are meeting their intended goals.

Requirements
  • Level 5 CIPD or Equivalent

A Level 5 CIPD or equivalent qualification is highly desirable for this role.

Significant Experience in Leadership Development

Significant experience in leadership development and learning and development initiatives is essential for this role.

Strong Understanding of Learning Theories and Instructional Design

A strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design is required for this role.

Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for this role, as you will be working with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Ability to Collaborate with Diverse Teams

The ability to collaborate with diverse teams and build relationships is critical for this role.

Familiarity with LMS and Integrating Tech

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and integrating technology for effective training is highly desirable for this role.

Exceptional Project Management Skills

Exceptional project management skills are required for this role, as you will be managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
