Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement copy direction and strategic foundations in response to briefs managed through our agency
  • Act as a source of inspiration and guidance for our creative teams
  • Take a lead role in presenting and advocating for our creative work

Requirements
  • Strong portfolio of work in a variety of media

  • Experience working with strategists or strategic work and translating this into words
  • Strong presentation skills across the business at all levels
  • Experience working from brief to high-level concept work across packaging, print, digital, media, etc.
  • Experience as a line manager or nurturing junior members of a copy team
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in the beauty or similar industry
  • Experience creating strategic pitches for work
  • Understanding of AI and how and when it should be used
  • Experience working in an agency juggling multiple briefs and clients
