As a Key Account Executive, your primary focus will be to nurture and sustain relationships with pivotal accounts that significantly influence the long-term prosperity of the organization. You will be tasked with identifying opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and repeat business while addressing any issues or concerns to guarantee client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Sales team to formulate and implement strategic account plans for key, designated accounts. Propel new business growth by researching, qualifying, contacting, presenting, and securing new clients within an assigned territory or market segment. Continuously cultivate relationships with essential customer stakeholders, comprehend their primary business challenges, and propose methods to deliver value. Act as a liaison between field operations and Global Accounts teams concerning new agreements, Value-Add/Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) commitments, and enhancing customer wallet-share. Oversee and manage a pipeline of opportunities at designated accounts, encompassing renewals, projects, and share improvement prospects. Relay customer activity, opportunity status, renewal status, and strategic plan progress to management. Engage in solution development initiatives that effectively address customer needs. Involve supplier sales resources to garner their support and create tailored solutions.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated sales experience in outside sales or 3 years in strategic account and/or sales management. Proven track record of maintaining and developing key relationships. Understanding of business and management principles related to strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of personnel and resources. Ability to identify potential opportunities within assigned accounts and create actionable strategies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building robust client relationships. Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently under pressure. Experience in executing within a matrix organization while managing multiple stakeholders and projects. Willingness to travel up to 25%.
