Sales Representative/Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative/Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Adecco. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing national accounts within the UK&I sales channel.
Key Responsibilities- Manage national accounts within the UK&I sales channel
- Collaborate with buyers, merchandisers, and customer supply chain to uncover incremental opportunities and deliver profitable sales growth
- Network across various internal functions, such as shopper marketing, demand planning, customer service, and the sales team, to align objectives and drive success
- Skilled Key Account Manager or an ambitious individual looking to enter the world of sales
- Experience in maintaining and growing long-term customer relationships
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide compelling value propositions
- Degree-level education
- 1-3 years of national account management experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different functions
- Problem-solving mindset and a passion for business development
- A valid driver's licence
- Ability to deliver operational excellence through effective customer communication
- Experience in handling customers and meeting their requirements
- Willingness to travel domestically (up to 25%)
