We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at Baines Simmons. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing key accounts in the aviation safety sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales and marketing initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or account management, preferably in the aviation or safety sector
- Proven track record of business growth and revenue expansion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
