About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Baines Simmons. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and proactively contributing to the development of our global brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow revenues and long-term opportunities across Key Accounts and a personal Territory.
  • Lead the Academy team on key initiatives such as driving Partner Plus sales; Key Account development and Marketing campaign follow ups.
  • Produce weekly Academy forecast report.
  • Track team performance and work with each KAM on KPI's and areas of development.
  • Professionally handle in-bound Academy training enquiries within agreed SLAs.
  • Ensure all enquiries are managed through our CRM system.
  • Work with Marketing on targeted campaigns to drive the schedule.
  • Work with consultants and Product team to respond to all client enquiries with the most appropriate training solution.
  • Ensure our terms of business are consistently applied and payment is received in advance of course attendance.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' successful sales experience.
  • Experience in a consultative sales environment.
  • Prior sales team leadership experience is preferable but not essential.
