About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Baines Simmons. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and proactively contributing to the development of our global brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve personal and team targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns to drive sales
  • Work closely with the product team to respond to client enquiries and provide the most appropriate training solutions
  • Ensure all client interactions are managed through our CRM system
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' successful sales experience
  • Experience in a consultative sales environment
  • Prior sales team leadership experience is preferable but not essential
