We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative/Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Adecco. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing national accounts within the UK&I sales channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage national accounts within the UK&I sales channel
  • Collaborate with buyers, merchandisers, and customer supply chain to uncover incremental opportunities and deliver profitable sales growth
  • Network across various internal functions, such as shopper marketing, demand planning, customer service, and the sales team, to align objectives and drive success
Requirements
  • Skilled Key Account Manager or an ambitious individual looking to enter the world of sales
  • Experience in maintaining and growing long-term customer relationships
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide compelling value propositions
  • Degree-level education
  • 1-3 years of national account management experience
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different functions
  • Problem-solving mindset and a passion for business development
  • A valid driver's licence
Additional Qualifications
  • Ability to deliver operational excellence through effective customer communication
  • Experience in handling customers and meeting their requirements
  • Willingness to travel domestically (up to 25%)
