HR Administrator Part-Time Opportunity

Concept, a leading Audio / Visual Company, is seeking an HR Administrator to support the HR Team in all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit. This is a nine month fixed contract role working on flexible part time hours pro rata of 37.50 for full time hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Team, ensuring an efficient HR process.
  • Assist with recruitment, including preparing job descriptions, advertising roles, and managing applications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, using Sage HR (desirable).
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Experience providing administrative support to a HR team.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in a role that requires high attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain standards of strict confidentiality.
  • Experience using Sage HR (desirable).
