YOUR ROLE:

  • Uphold exceptional customer service standards consistently
  • Serve as a role model for your team through exemplary service
  • Ensure compliance with all sales objectives, operational goals, policies, and procedures
  • Engage and communicate effectively with your team and Senior Management
  • Drive high performance within your team by managing productivity, individual objectives, employee relations, and providing coaching for development
  • Oversee staff scheduling while adhering to payroll budgets and adapting to trading trends
  • Efficiently schedule your team to ensure adequate coverage during peak trading times
  • Safeguard the Kurt Geiger brand by ensuring all team members adhere to personal presentation standards
  • Maintain outstanding visual merchandising that aligns with company guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in retail management
  • Background in a fashion-forward footwear, accessory, or fashion brand
  • Act as a customer service champion
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and collaborate towards key performance indicators
  • Exemplary personal presentation that reflects our luxury and fashion-forward brand ethos
