Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Footasylum. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the store, including managing staff, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Take on managerial tasks in the absence of the Store Manager, including opening and closing the store, managing cash handling, and dealing with customer complaints.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer engagement, and staff performance.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and staff development.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
