Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to join our team at Flannels Junior in Glasgow. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximise sales revenue and exceed targets through effective merchandising, visual displays, and customer engagement.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a high level of store presentation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase brand awareness.
  • Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient stockroom operations.
  • Monitor and analyse sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and merchandise products that meet customer needs and drive sales.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, window displays, and in-store promotions to create an engaging customer experience.

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in the premium sector.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • High level of brand awareness and product knowledge, with a passion for fashion retail.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
