We are seeking a results-driven Store Manager to join our team in Glasgow Fort. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to achieve commercial success and provide an exceptional customer experience.

The Role

The Store Manager is our brand ambassador, responsible for the store's overall commercial success. You will manage a team of supervisors and sales assistants, supporting them in creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and motivate the in-store team to achieve sales targets by identifying and maximizing opportunities to exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability in store.
  • Ensure back-of-house activities enable the store's successful commercial execution.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, issues, and root causes, and take action to deliver when opportunities are identified.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in a retail environment.
  • Ability to understand and translate Pandora's local and global business strategy into store, regional, and division KPIs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing business needs.
  • A well-presented appearance with a taste for desirable products and a passion for retail.
