Job Title: Retail Shift Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Shift Manager to join our team at Lidl. As a Retail Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Motivate and support your team to achieve targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Problem Solving: Swiftly resolve problems and delegate tasks to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Store Management: Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
  • Inventory Management: Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shift operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading a team to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and delegation skills to motivate and support your team.
  • Customer Focus: Passion for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve problems efficiently.
