Job Title: Luxury Fashion Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Fashion Store Manager to join our team at Flannels. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in our Glasgow store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize Sales: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and exceed targets.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed in a way that drives sales.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all customers receive a personalized shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is accurately received, stored, and sold.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a luxury fashion retail environment, with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of luxury fashion brands and trends, with the ability to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in retail management or a related field.
