Project Controls Lead

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is on the lookout for a skilled Program Controls Manager to enhance our dynamic team. This pivotal role is integral to the execution of the Westinghouse UK Fuel Growth Program, reinforcing our dedication to sustainable energy solutions. The ideal candidate will manage a varied portfolio of initiatives and provide strategic oversight to the Project Controls division. The Program Controls Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple internal departments and external organizations, including governmental and regulatory agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, risk assessment, and change management processes.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement: Generate comprehensive project controls reports and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and oversee project controls staff.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate policies and stay informed on regulatory developments.
- Performance Measurement: Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies to evaluate project success.
- Project Planning: Create and sustain detailed project timelines.
- Process Enhancement: Drive problem-solving initiatives and adopt best practices.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular peer reviews and ensure the precision of data.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in project management.
- Professional certification in project management or project controls.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Proven experience managing full lifecycle projects in a highly regulated environment.
