We are seeking a highly driven professional to join our Operations team as a Lead Project Coordinator, responsible for ensuring the timely execution of client projects in accordance with established specifications, quality standards, and budget constraints, by effectively managing processes and resources.
Role Details:
This is a Temporary Position for a minimum of 6 months, with potential for extension.
As a Lead Project Coordinator, you will oversee the complete project lifecycle, which includes managing commercial agreements, budgets, risks, quality assurance, and leading the project team.
Our projects predominantly involve systems and software development, varying in complexity and scale, and adhere to the comprehensive 'V model' lifecycle. Therefore, it is crucial that you possess experience as an engineer in Systems and Software development projects, whether through professional experience or academic background.
You must also demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
Overseeing commercial agreements to ensure compliance with project contractual obligations Managing project budgets with full accountability for profit and loss Crafting and implementing detailed project plans to meet both client and organizational expectations Identifying and mitigating risks Recognizing changes in scope and managing these effectively with clients Leading and managing personnelAdditional Requirements
A valid UK driving license Willingness to travel within the UK and internationallyFurther Information
