Hunter Mason Consulting Ltd is seeking a dedicated, driven, and proactive Project Coordination Specialist.
In this role, you will have the chance to collaborate with our diverse teams situated in modern office spaces that boast excellent connectivity to major transport routes.
Our firm serves both public and private sector clients, taking pride in a wide array of projects that offer exceptional opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement within a planning consultancy framework.
We provide expert advice and support to clients across various sectors of the development industry, including private landowners, local enterprises, developers, public sector organizations, and professional advisors in the property field, such as solicitors, architects, and accountants.
- Assist planning professionals with administrative, coordination, and organizational tasks.
- Support the management of planning projects utilizing project management software.
- Compile and finalize planning statements and various documents necessary for applications and appeals, including uploading materials to relevant portals.
- Monitor the status of ongoing planning applications through official authority websites.
- Proactively communicate with clients via phone to provide project updates, showcasing strong communication skills and a commitment to addressing client inquiries.
- Handle client requests and inquiries received through various channels, coordinating with planning colleagues as needed.
- Grade C GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
- Over 5 years of experience in project management or a similar administrative capacity.
- Strong computer and keyboard proficiency.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications with the ability to learn and utilize project management software effectively.
This is a full-time position with flexible working arrangements, requiring a minimum of 37 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary that is reviewed annually based on your experience.
