We are seeking a highly driven professional to join our Operations team as a Lead Project Coordinator, responsible for ensuring the timely execution of client projects in alignment with established specifications, quality standards, and budget constraints, through proficient management of processes and resources.

Role Details:

This is a Temporary Position for a minimum of 6 months, with potential for extension.

As a Lead Project Coordinator, you will oversee the complete project lifecycle, including the management of contracts, financials, risk assessment, quality assurance, and team leadership.

Our projects predominantly involve systems and software development, varying in scale and complexity, adhering to the comprehensive 'V model' lifecycle. Therefore, it is crucial that you possess experience as an engineer in Systems and Software development projects, either through professional practice or academic background.

You should also be able to demonstrate your capability to:

  • Manage contractual agreements to ensure compliance with project obligations
  • Oversee project budgets with full accountability for profit and loss
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans to meet both client and organizational expectations
  • Identify and mitigate risks effectively
  • Recognize changes in project scope and manage these adjustments successfully with the client
  • Lead and manage personnel

  • Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally
