HR Operations Specialist Job Description

Apex Systems is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Cannock, Staffordshire. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our UK and European entities, providing exceptional HR administration and customer service.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dedicated team environment, where you will be responsible for:

  • Data entry and management using various systems
  • Raising repair requests and coordinating office requirements
  • Producing and distributing weekly and monthly reports for Human Resources
  • Purchasing office supplies and coordinating health and wellbeing events
  • Providing advice and guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Managing contracts, new starter packs, and employee IDs
  • Adhering to and working in accordance with HR processes and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous HR administration and customer service experience
  • Full driving licence and passport (for potential European travel)
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • A second European written and spoken language (advantageous)
  • Knowledge and understanding of applicable UK regulatory requirements
