Apex Systems is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Cannock, Staffordshire. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will provide support to our UK and European entities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless HR operations.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with office hours from 9:00 to 17:30. The successful candidate will have previous HR Administration and Customer Service experience, with a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Data entry and management using various systems
- Raising repair requests and coordinating office requirements
- Producing and distributing weekly and monthly reports for Human Resources
- Purchasing office supplies and coordinating health and wellbeing events
- Providing advice and guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures
- Managing contracts, new starter packs, and employee IDs
- Adhering to and working in accordance with HR processes and procedures
- Full driving licence and passport
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Knowledge and understanding of applicable UK regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
