Apex Systems is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Cannock, Staffordshire. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our UK and European entities, providing exceptional administrative support to our HR team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into various systems, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Report Generation: Produce and distribute weekly and monthly reports for Human Resources, providing valuable insights and data.
  • Office Management: Coordinate the purchasing of office requirements, manage contracts, new starter packs, and employee IDs, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Communication: Provide advice, guidance, and support to managers in the effective use of HR policies and procedures, adhering to and working in accordance with HR processes.
  • Travel: Full driving license and passport required, with potential for European travel.
Requirements:
  • Previous HR Administration and Customer Service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Knowledge and understanding of applicable UK regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
