HR Operations Specialist Job Description

Apex Systems is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Cannock, Staffordshire. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our UK and European entities, providing administrative support to our HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and management using various systems
  • Raising repair requests for office requirements
  • Producing and distributing weekly and monthly reports for Human Resources
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinating health and wellbeing events
  • Representing the office location and being the main point of contact
  • Ad-hoc requirements for the management team
  • Managing contracts, new starter packs, and employee IDs
  • Providing advice and guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Full driving licence and passport
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of UK regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
