Key Responsibilities:- Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain employee data using various systems.
- Report Generation: Produce and distribute weekly and monthly reports for Human Resources.
- Office Management: Coordinate office requirements, including purchasing and inventory management.
- Health and Wellbeing: Organize health and wellbeing events and attend European-wide meetings on behalf of European HR.
- HR Administration: Manage contracts, new starter packs, and employee IDs, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Ad Hoc Support: Provide advice, guidance, and support to managers in the effective use of HR policies and procedures.
- Full driving licence and passport
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Second European written and spoken language an advantage
- Experience in HR Administration and Customer Service
- Knowledge of UK regulatory requirements
