HR Operations Specialist Job Description

Apex Systems is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Cannock, Staffordshire. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our UK and European entities, providing exceptional administrative support to our HR team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain employee data using various systems.
  • Report Generation: Produce and distribute weekly and monthly reports for Human Resources.
  • Office Management: Coordinate office requirements, including purchasing and inventory management.
  • Health and Wellbeing: Organize health and wellbeing events and attend European-wide meetings on behalf of European HR.
  • HR Administration: Manage contracts, new starter packs, and employee IDs, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide advice, guidance, and support to managers in the effective use of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Full driving licence and passport
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Second European written and spoken language an advantage
  • Experience in HR Administration and Customer Service
  • Knowledge of UK regulatory requirements
