Apex Systems is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Cannock, Staffordshire. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our UK and European entities, providing exceptional administrative support to our HR team.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain HR data using various systems.
- Report Generation: Produce and distribute weekly and monthly reports for Human Resources.
- Office Management: Coordinate office requirements, including purchasing and health & wellbeing events.
- Communication: Serve as the main contact for our office location, providing advice and guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts, new starter packs, and employee IDs, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Full driving licence and passport.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of UK regulatory requirements.
- Full-time, office hours, 37.5 hours per week.
