HR Operations Specialist

Apex Systems is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Cannock, Staffordshire. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will provide support to our UK and European entities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dedicated team environment, providing administrative support to our HR department. The successful candidate will have previous experience in HR Administration and Customer Service, with a strong focus on data entry, report production, and coordination of health and wellbeing events.
Key Responsibilities- Data entry using various systems
- Raise repair requests for office requirements
- Produce and distribute weekly and monthly reports for Human Resources
- Purchasing office requirements
- Coordination of health and wellbeing events
- HR data entry
- Main contact for our office location
- Ad hoc requirements for the Management team
- Office representative and legal requirements
- Managing contracts, new starter packs, and employee IDs
- Providing advice and guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures
- Full driving licence and passport
- Use of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Second European written and spoken language (advantageous)
- Experience dealing with customers (internal and external)
- Knowledge of UK regulatory requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
