Apex Systems is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Cannock, Staffordshire. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will provide support to our UK and European entities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and management using various systems
- Raising repair requests and coordinating office requirements
- Producing and distributing weekly and monthly reports for Human Resources
- Purchasing office supplies and coordinating health and wellbeing events
- Providing advice and guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures
- Managing contracts, new starter packs, and employee IDs
- Adhering to and working in accordance with HR processes
Requirements:
- Full driving licence and passport
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience in HR Administration and Customer Service
- Knowledge of UK regulatory requirements
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks
