Job Title: HR and Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Operations Coordinator to join our team at Apex Systems. As an HR and Operations Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our HR team and assist with various operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process employee onboarding and offboarding, including data entry and document management
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and analysis using various systems
  • Coordinate office requirements, including purchasing and dispatch of IT products
  • Support the coordination of marketing events and products
  • Assist with health and wellbeing events and European-wide meetings
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Perform other HR and operational duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Already certified or in the process of working towards a CIPD qualification
  • Full driving license and passport
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a proactive approach
  • Organized and able to work independently
  • Knowledge and understanding of applicable UK regulatory requirements
