About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Adecco. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, ensuring callers receive a warm welcome and are directed to the appropriate department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including handling goods receipt, booking deliveries, and raising invoices.
  • SAP Management: Update ship-to information and create purchase orders in SAP, ensuring accurate records and smooth operations.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
  • Organizational Skills: Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • SAP Experience: Proven experience working with SAP, including updating ship-to information and creating purchase orders.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
