Position Overview

Brook Street UK is seeking a dedicated and skilled Conveyancing Administrative Assistant to join our client, a reputable law firm. This full-time and permanent role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in legal support, particularly in private client conveyancing, probate, and wills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a range of administrative and secretarial tasks to support legal operations.
  • Manage travel arrangements and maintain the executive's calendar.
  • Accurately transcribe dictations and perform audio typing.
  • Handle all correspondence and documentation with precision and care.
  • Ensure client confidentiality and adhere to the firm's professional standards.
  • Oversee document management processes.
  • Take minutes during meetings and ensure accurate records are kept.
  • Utilize audio transcription software effectively.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, specifically in conveyancing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant IT tools.

Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with experience.
