VANRATH are assisting a major Manufacturing and Distribution company that have a fantastic reputation with the recruitment of a **HR Administrator.**

This role is based in Antrim office - Monday - Friday - (Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm, and Fri 8am - 1:30pm)

**Permanent** position. This is a Fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual.

**Salary**

£22,000 - £24,000 + Bonus & Progression Opportunities other Additional Benefits (Top Company) + Fantastic work benefits and Environment

**Responsibilities**
- Typical activites will vary according to the needs of the business, this will include:

- Provide an effective and comprehensive administrative support to the HR department
- Establish and maintain administrative systems and processes that allow effective management of all correspondence, reporting requirements and documentation, including updating and accurately maintaining the company database
- Assist in implementing HR Policies and Procedures
- Assist with the co-ordination of recruitment activities and Induction process for new starters etc
- Producing confidential reports and information; letters; memos for management
- Taking minutes in meetings
- Answering telephone calls and message taking
- Coordinate and process general administrative work..

**The Ideal Person**
- Experience working in a similar role
- Computer literate in Miscrosoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Good verbal and written communication skill
- Good organisational and planning ability in respect of varied priorities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail while working to deadlines
