We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Strategist to join our team at Vertical Advantage. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our clients and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies to drive client growth and retention.
  • Manage client relationships from end to end, including campaign development, execution, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
  • Manage commercial aspects of client accounts, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and invoicing.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell campaigns through the use of internal and bespoke insight solutions.
  • Scope, understand, deliver, and report on campaign performance against client KPIs and success metrics.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals to clients, distilling complex data into actionable insights.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing several strategic client accounts within the marketing, digital media, or advertising industries.
  • Demonstrable track record of generating growth through revenue and commercial management of client accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into simple and compelling proposals.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel to central London.
