We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Central Referral Unit Coordinator. As a key member of our Adult Health Improvement Central Access Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide initial assessments and signpost clients to the most appropriate services
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from members of the public and healthcare professionals
  • Ensure a high level of customer care is always provided
  • Escalate calls when required
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings
  • Build relationships with colleagues to enhance the team working environment

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
  • Administrative experience
  • Team working experience
  • Use of IT packages
