We offer a unique service and are seeking compassionate people to join our team. We are looking for caring people to help support older individuals in their own homes in the Dover area and surrounding villages.
**What we can offer you?**:
- Very competitive pay rates from £13.00 per hour (after probation*)
- Enhanced rates for weekend working from £14.50/hr (after probation*)
- 30p per mile fuel allowance & paid Travel-time
- Double-time rates on Bank holidays
- 28 days holiday pro rata
- Full training induction and Ongoing training and support
- Part time hours available - you choose which hours you want to work

**How are we different?**:
You will be working with just a small number of clients and, because we work differently to other home care providers, you will have the time and opportunity to build a caring and supportive relationship with the people in your care.
Our role is to support you, so that you can work confidently knowing you have all the training, knowledge and assistance you need.
We will pay you mileage _from home_, pay you during the visit and also pay you mileage and time to get to your next client. Please note, transport is required.
