We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in the implementation of individual support plans and activities in a challenging environment.
- Maintain effective communication and liaison with service users, families, and others while respecting confidentiality.
- Support service users with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, laundry, and social events.
- Accurately record and maintain notes and records as required.
- Work collaboratively with a team to provide exceptional care and support.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards one.
- Experience in supporting adults with challenging behavior, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Confidence to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for working with vulnerable adults.
- Commitment to achieving high standards of safeguarding.
