- Promote patient-focused care and assist residents with activities of daily living
- Deliver support plans and safeguard vulnerable individuals
- Contribute to outcome-focused reviews and encourage independence, choice, health, and wellbeing
- Facilitate transitions to alternative services and support as needed
- Engage in organisational learning and development, and provide excellent patient care and support
