Care workers needed to support clients in their own homes in Dover.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide compassionate personal care to service users with dignity and respect.
- Safely handle service users and administer medications with accurate record-keeping.
- Fulfil general duties, including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.
- Efficiently manage administrative processes and uphold confidentiality and safety standards.

**Experience requirements**:
- Minimum of 6 months care experience
- Valid UK driving licence and own transport
- High level of written and spoken English
- Kind, caring and compassionate, with a willingness to support the service users and the team.
