It'll be up to you to assess their needs and sign postthem to the most appropriate service. What will the role involve?o Handling/ making inbound and outbound calls from members of the public and healthcare professionalso Providing appropriate responses and advice to clientso Ensuring a high level of customer care is always providedo Escalating calls when requiredo Attend and contribute to team meetingso Build relationships with colleagues to enhance the team working environment

Main duties of the job

Previous experience is welcome but not essential just a willingness to learn and respond well to feedback. We provide full inductiontraining, regular coaching and the support and encouragement needed to get you off to the best start. We also offer a generous NHSpension, annual leave entitlement and a competitive pay framework to progress through. This role is based between the Cairn RyanCentre in Dover and home- , if you're customer focused, empathetic and up for a new challenge then we would love to hear from you
