Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Adult Health Improvement Central Access Team as a Central Referral Unit Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care.
Main Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls from members of the public and healthcare professionals
- Providing appropriate responses and advice to clients
- Ensuring a high level of customer care is always provided
- Escalating calls when required
- Attending and contributing to team meetings
- Building relationships with colleagues to enhance the team working environment

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have:
