About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Central Referral Unit as a Co-ordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing advice and guidance to clients, and ensuring a high level of customer care is always provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to inbound and outbound calls from members of the public and healthcare professionals
  • Provide appropriate advice and guidance to clients
  • Ensure a high level of customer care is always provided
  • Escalate calls when required
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings
  • Build relationships with colleagues to enhance the team working environment

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
  • Administrative experience
  • Team working experience
  • Use of IT packages
