As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing our client's footprint within the vibrant sectors of fashion, beauty, health, technology, and gifting. This position is focused on proactive engagement, requiring a driven individual to discover and secure new partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Client Acquisition: Conduct thorough research to identify and connect with potential clients across designated sectors, establishing a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Sales Process Oversight: Manage the complete sales journey from initial outreach to successful deal closure, ensuring tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Client Relationship Development: Cultivate robust relationships with new clients, guaranteeing high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Industry Analysis: Remain informed about market trends and industry shifts to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators to refine strategies and enhance outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and team to synchronize sales strategies with overall growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in Business Development or Sales.
  • Experience in bespoke packaging or related sectors is advantageous.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to provide consultative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and a positive, enthusiastic demeanor.
